Relationship between information destitution on Food Security and Health risks during Food consumption in the population of Piura (2018)

The present learning work is allowed “Connection between information deficiency on food security and health risks during food consumption in the population of Piura (2018).” The report has been made due to the increasing data of coronary metabolic diseases that are register in Peru, and particularly Piura, due to the lacking patterns of food consumption. It is for this cause that the awareness of the risk that consumers have about food and the knowledge associated with the potential danger of developing diseases was analysed.  An additional of the explanatory reasons for the development of this report is the inadequate coverage of the media on food security, considering that more than fifty percent death cause in Peru are due to diabetes and cardiovascular affliction. The theory consists of some basic principles such as theories about cognitive deficit, risk communication, innocuity, consumer trends the rate of scientific literacy, the manipulation of neurointelligence in the label of food covering as a means of mystification to the consumer for the sufficient dietary information understanding of the food.
