Prior joining NUS, Hui-Chen has extensive clinical and academic work experiences in Australia, Singapore, Taiwan and the United States of America. She is an active member of California Nursing Board (USA), Minnesota Nursing Board (USA) and Singapore Nursing Board (Singapore).
