Special Issue: COVID-19 2020 Outbreak: Latest Research, Its Preventions, and Cure

European Journal of Experimental Biology is pleased to announce a special issue on “COVID-19 2020 Outbreak: Latest Research, Its Preventions, and Cure”.

2020 coronavirus pandemic is an ongoing pandemic of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS‑CoV‑2). As part of WHO’s response, the R&D Blueprint was activated to accelerate diagnostics, vaccines, and therapeutics for this novel coronavirus. The Blueprint aims to improve coordination between scientists and global health professionals, accelerate the research and development process, and develop new norms and standards to learn from and improve upon the global response.

Diagnosis of COVID-19 is going based on symptoms and confirmed using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (rRT-PCR) testing of infected secretions or CT imaging of the chest. One should follow the preventive measures until finding any cure: hand washing, social distancing, wearing face masks in public places, self-isolation.

European Journal of Experimental Biology recognizes its role for continued access to novel research findings. Through this special issue, we welcome the submissions from an intellectual audience that is interested in the latest research coming out of universities and industries around the world and we are committed to making all relevant global research, and data, immediately available. Submissions are open now and can be made before 30 May, 2020.
