Completed his Ph.D in Food Science and Nutrition from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. MSc study at Addis Ababa University. Working as principal Researcher at laboratory of Food Science and Nutrition Teaching and Advising undergraduate and postgraduate (MSc) courses. He Joined Wollega University in 2008, Department of Food Science, Nutrition and Technology and served as a lecturer and researcher until 2013.
