She has been the Visiting Scientist in CIBIO,Italy for The influence of p53 flanking sequences and the directionality of p53 half-sites on p53/DNA interactions as probed by dual-label luciferase reporter assays in yeast.|
|Dr. Haran's research interest is the interactions between sequence-specific transcription factors and their DNA binding sites, and how it relates to the structural properties of the DNA double helix.|
