HR & Organization Department at the School of Business at the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM), Canada. Dr. Poba-Nzaou’s research interests include the adoption and implementation of Enterprise Systems in organizations, Open Source Software, the deployment of IT in support of HR processes, and the impacts of IT in Health Care Organizations. He has had several articles published in journals such as Journal of Information Technology, Information and Management, Information Systems Frontiers, Information Systems Management, International Journal of Medical Informatics, International Journal of Operations & Production Management, BMC Medical Informatics and Decision Making, International Journal of Technology Assessment in Health Care, Implementation Science, Journal of Telemedicine and Telecare and Business Process Management Journal. His research has been presented at leading international conferences such as the Academy of Management Annual Meeting, the Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences (HICSS), the Conference on Information Systems (ECIS), and the Annual Conference of the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada (ASAC). Moreover, he has extensive experience as an Information Technology and Organizational Development consultant.
