Biography
Dr. Hasan Zaghlawan, is an Assistant Professor and Coordinator of the undergraduate program in Special Education: Early Childhood in the School of Special Education at the University of Northern Colorado. He coordinated the Masters Program in Early Childhood Special Education in the Special and Gifted Education Department at University of St. Thomas at Minnesota. His area of research focuses on promoting social and communicative skills for young children with disabilities, developing parent and teacher-implemented interventions to increase children?s engagement in naturalistic environments, and supporting culturally and linguistically diverse families in preventing and managing challenging behaviors for their children.
