Testicular Cancer Review Articles

Testicular cancer is a type of cancer that develops within the testicles. The testicles can contain multiple lumps but not all of them are malignant or cancerous. Many disorders can include microlithiasis of the testicles, testis of the appendix and epidididymal cysts. They may be painful but can not be cancerous. This cancer has the highest cure rates with an average survival rate of 95%. If the tumor has not spread to the other parts of the body, the probability of survival rises to around 99%. If the cancer has spread to surrounding areas in a few cases, chemotherapy will cure this disease. This provides an 80 per cent cure rate. A man's chances of having testicular cancer are around 1 in 200. It is rarely seen before puberty as the most common form of cancer in 20-39-year-old males, which is the period of peak incidence. Review papers are summaries of the current state of knowledge on a specific subject of study. Instead of reporting novel research results, they analyze or discuss research previously published by scientists and academics. Review article comes as systematic reviews and reviews of literature, and is a form of secondary literature. Systematic analyses define an authoritative set of requirements and consider all original research papers previously published that meet the criteria. They then compare the outcomes of those articles. By comparison, literature reviews provide an overview of what the reviewers consider to be the best and most important prior publications. The "review article" concept is separate from peer-reviewed literature. A review can be peer-reviewed, and a review may be non-peer-reviewed as well.
