Low back pain (LBP) is among the most common musculoskeletal symptoms. The reported lifetime occurrence of pain and associated disability ranges from 54% to more than 80%, and the point prevalence rate is around 20% in the general population. Although the burden of LBP is not clearly reported, more effective interventions including yoga therapy could potentially lead to cost reserves. Yoga has been described to be helpful in treating a range of stress related disorders, enlightening autonomic functions, terminating symptoms of asthma, stuttering and dipping signs of oxidative stress. Through physical activity, it is considered chronic diseases chronic diseases could be addressed efficiently.
