Cancer is the leading cause of death worldwide. A group of diseases characterized by uncontrolled growth and proliferation of abnormal cells with genetic mutations that mark the onset of cancer, growth, growth and metastasis. cancer is treated with surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, hormone therapy, physical therapy, and targeted therapy. Cancer chemotherapy attempts to eliminate or activate tumor cells activated by the use of synthetic and / or natural agents while preserving normal cells. Chemotherapeutic agents can destroy tumor cells by direct cytotoxicity, activate the immune response, inhibit the proliferation processes of tumor cells and induce apoptosis. Cancer chemotherapy drugs have a high failure rate because they usually kill only certain types of cancer cells within the tumor or cancer cells that have evolved to fight chemotherapy. In addition to resistance to outbreaks, acute organ toxicity is also an important cause of chemotherapy failure when most anticancer drugs can kill tumor cells alone.
