Abstract

Statement of the Problem based on Arab Gulf Region with focus om Saudi Arabia going through a fundamental transformation phase to support the national economy with an ambitious vision for a prosperous future engaging woman in all area of this 2030 Vision transformation. This 2030 vision focused on (the rehabilitation of the human element with focus on women leadership) which is the basis for building this economy. Therefore, a clear goal was established for 2030 vision is Increasing the participation of women in the labor market. Increasing the share of women in all job positions through training and leadership guidance for women potential leadership, empowering women in all industry and services to enhance their leadership roles. This focus on women leadership development will achieve many pillars: Establishing and creating a global program with high qualifications to train women leaders Graduating an elite group of women leaders who would raise the rate of women's employment in leadership positions by providing competencies, thus increasing the rate of women's participation in the Saudi economy The participation of graduates of the Women's Leadership Program in international forums and the representation of the country. Raising awareness of women’s participation in the labor market and their participation in the Saudi economy through the positive role played by the graduates of this program and those who follow their example Project, and practical application Women Leadership Project for Princess Nourah University PNU in partnership with Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development for KSA 2030 Vison, Utilizing Coaching Methodology with Birkman® techniques for more than 1700+ Women Pioneers.
