Role of AI in Curbing HR challenges

In a recent Gallup analysis, it was found that million Americans resigned in May alone, and there were a high number of unfilled positions. In addition, 48% of America's working population across all sectors is actively looking for new opportunities. Employees are leaving jobs not just because of single reasons, and pay is not an incentive today. With "The Great Resignation" trend on the rise, HR departments are tasked with not only finding new talent but also engaging and keeping the existing employee base intact. This is where AI comes in.
AI tools can assist HR professionals in the following ways: 
•    Easy application tracking and follow- up processes through candidate engagement system
•    Candidate profile enrichment even with partially filled job applications via pixel tracking
•    Identifying the right talent through AI-powered skill matching and resume scoring systems
