Employee health is an important requirement for domestic income, productivity and economic development. Therefore, restoring and retaining energy is an important function of health services. Economically active people spend an average of about one-third of their time on the job. Working conditions and working conditions have powerful effects on health equity. Conditions of good performance can provide social security and status, opportunities for personal development, and protection from physical and psychological risks. They can also improve social relationships and employee confidence and lead to good health outcomes. Occupational health hazards, such as heat, noise, dust, dangerous chemicals, unsafe machinery and mental stress, cause occupational diseases and can make other health problems worse. Conditions of employment, residence and occupation are life-threatening. People who work under stress or have dangerous work conditions are more likely to smoke more, exercise less and have unhealthy food.
