Occupational Health and Safety (OSH), also commonly referred to as workplace, occupational safety and health (OHS), occupational health, or occupational safety, is a financial sector that includes occupational safety, health and well-being. These terms also refer to the aims of this passage, so their use in the sense of this article was the beginning of a safety / work / department strategy etc. The purpose of the occupational safety plan is to promote a safe and healthy work environment. OSH may protect colleagues, family members, employers, consumers, and many others who may be affected by the work. Under the power of common law, employers have a general duty to monitor the safety of their employees. As a general rule the law may impose certain general duties, assign certain functions and establish organs of state with the power to regulate occupational safety issues.
