Intellectual Property Rights is a controversial term that refers to many different types of intellectual property definitions including patents, trademarks, patents, industrial patents and trade secrets in other areas. Traditional knowledge refers to the knowledge of available natural resources and practices that exist among community groups that have long provided some benefit for the group to feed, especially under the context of health care. Traditional knowledge extends beyond the use of plants, including intensive observation and their interaction with community groups, as well as a system for the division and careful management of resources. Traditional knowledge often entails a belief system in spiritual matters and their relationships with the group. So, instead of a detailed compilation of information about plants, it becomes a view of the world — what we understand and learn as culture. For many indigenous people, good health represents a state of equality between spiritual, collective and individual; it is not just the absence of disease. A journal is a periodic publication aimed at accelerating scientific progress, usually by reporting new research. Most journals are highly specialized, although some older journals publish articles, reviews, edits, brief correspondence, books, and scientific papers in various fields of science. The journals contain peer-reviewed articles, in an effort to ensure that articles meet standards of quality assurance, and scientific rigor. Each such article becomes part of a lasting scientific history.
