Cesarean section (C-section) surgery to deliver the baby. The baby is taken out of the mother's womb. Surgery is very safe for both mother and baby. However, it is a major surgery and carries risk. And it takes longer to recover from a C-section than a birth. After healing, the implant can leave a weak spot on the cervix. This can cause problems with a woman's fertility later. Category C is in some ways less common than the delivery of a woman. Injuries to the bladder and intestines are rare. HIV-positive women should try to prevent Cesarean delivery and try to deliver a woman. It has several risks such as injury to infections and difficulty breathing.
