Acute Mountain Sickness

Acute altitude sickness is an illness which will affect mountain climbers, hikers, skiers, or travelers at high altitudes, usually above 8000 feet (2400 meters).Acute altitude sickness is caused by reduced atmospheric pressure and lower oxygen levels at high altitudes. The faster you climb to a high altitude, the more likely you'll get acute altitude sickness .The best thanks to prevent altitude illness is to ascend gradually. It’s an honest idea to spend a couple of days ascending to 9850 feet (3000). Above now ascend very slowly in order that the elevation at which you sleep doesn't increase quite 990 feet to 1640 feet (300m to 500m) per night.
