Pharmacokinetics

Pharmacokinetics is the study of drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion in the body. Simply described as what the body does to a drug. Pharmacokinetics is primarily concerned with the analysis of concentration and rate of drug availability to the required receptor site. pharmacokinetic analysis is not usually limited to the parent drug molecule itself, but also identified metabolites, whether active or inactive.
