Biography
Asst. Prof. Dr. Ilknur Ucak is working in the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies, Nigde Omer Halisdemir University. She worked as guest researcher in German Institute of Food Technologies, Germany, in scope of DAAD and TUBITAK fellowship. She has research and teaching experience in the fields of Seafood Processing Technology, Food Microbiology, Lipid Oxidation, Antioxidants, Food Quality and Control, Food Analyses, High Pressure Processing of Food. Asst. Prof. Dr. Ucak is reviewer and editor of some international and national journals. She also has been involved in many international conferences committee.
