Dr. Yingwang Ye has always focused on study about the Biology and Food Science. During his ongoing career for more than 10 years, He mainly contributed to the functional analysis of active material, detection, typing, biofilm formation, and virulence of Foodborne pathogens. In addition, the control measure for Cronobacter has also been studied. He is a member of several scientific organizations and editorial boards in the field of microbiology and Food Science. He has authored more than 50 articles including research and review articles.
