Biography
Dr. Qiujin Zhu (B.S., M.S., Ph.D.) is a professor and the vice dean of School of Liquor & food engineering at Guizhou University (GZU). He received his master?s degree in Agricultural Product Processing and Storage Engineering, Southwest University, Chongqing, in 1999. In 2007, Qiujin Zhu received his PhD in Food Nutrition and Safety from Jiangnan University, China. After several years of teaching experience in Food science and innovation experience in Food technology, he joined Chinese meat industry association as a member of expert committee. At present, he is the vice president of Guizhou Provincial Key Laboratory of Storage and Processing of livestock products, and a director of Chinese Association of Animal Products Processing. Until now, he has published over 120 papers in peer-reviewed journals (of which 10 paper in English) and awarded 10 invention patents.
