The objective of the Journal is to publish up-to-date, high-quality and original research papers alongside relevant and insightful reviews. As such, the journal aspires to be vibrant, engaging and accessible, and at the same time integrative and challenging [1]. Needless to say, any papers that you wish to submit, either individually or collaboratively, are much appreciated and will make a substantial contribution to the early development and success of the journal. One of the objectives of this journal is to encourage publication from different streams of research that helps to enrich further the discourse on Women’s Health [2].

On behalf of the Board of the Journal of Women Health and Reproductive Medicine and my co-editors, I am glad to present the Volume 4, Issue 1 of the journal. The journal established in the year 2017 has now published 5 issues; two issues in a year. Average download per article is increasing yearly. All these are promising signs. We could reach this stage through the constant support of Board Members and intellectual generosity of the readers and contributors (authors and reviewers). We take this opportunity to thank the authors/publishers for sending their books for review and excellent book review by authors. The editorial board of the Journal would like to express its gratitude for your contribution to our journal [3].

Last but not the least, in this kind of dynamic environment with limited resources, we believe that the open flow of information will greatly push forward the understanding of the advancements in reproductive Medicine [4,5]. To achieve this, the journal provides free open access online to the researchers worldwide and presents the content to the public with no barriers or constraints. Unfettered access to the sharing of such information will also significantly benefit the progression of vital research in both developing and underdeveloped countries.

Best wishes and thank you in advance for your contribution to the Journal of Women’s Health and Reproductive Medicine.
