Abstract

Organ donation is a surgical process, depends upon which organ is donated as per the patient’s requirements. Most organs survive outside the body for only few hours. So, the transplantation process been already prepared without any obstruction and complication to be proceed with allowance of the patient receiver and the donor who agree with it. In case of a dead body transplantation: The family being asked about the transplantation if they get agree, then only the organ from a dead body can be transplant to a required or a needy person who is looking for the organ. For organ donation there are some important matching criteria like: blood typing, tissue typing and cross- matching.
