Abstract

Covid-19 in now a day's become the house hold name in whole world, treated as mutated congener of SARS COV and MERS COV. As per epidemiological studies, 83959 cases are observed only in china with the confirmation of 4637 death. More than 215 countries including Korea, Iran, Italy, Germany, Algeria, South Africa, Senegal, Nigeria etc are costs over nine million death due to this pandemic. Diagnosis can be carried out by several ways like identifying the increased level of lactate dehydrogenase, creatinine kinase, alanine and aspertate dehydrogenase in blood. For identifying SARS-CoV-2 IgG and IgM are often detected in sputum, plasma and sometimes whole blood. Apart from serological studies IgG and IgK antibody detection is also a key parameter in determination of SARS-CoV.
