KIDNEY TRANSPLANT IN CHILDREN: Experience department

Kidney transplantation is the treatment of choice for children with end stage renal disease because enables better rehabilitation and survival, however, it is a real surgical challenge, given the small size of the vessels and ureters which implies an increased risk urological complications. The aim of our study is to take stock of the peculiarities of this type of gesture in children.
