Genetic cases of heterotopic ossification

Case one:  A four year recent Caucasian feminine was admitted with history of painful soft tissue swelling and pathology on her right higher back, posterior neck associated trunk following an all-terrain vehicle accident that occurred a number of weeks before her admission. Patient additionally reported  hassle sitting up and increasing stiffness with walking.
