Virology is a branch of microbiology which deals with sub microscopic, virus-like agents. Parasitic particles of genetic material like DNA and RNA contained in a protein coat also plays a major role in the study of virology as they cause many of the infections, Therefore people have a look about the viral immunology which includes the study of viral infections and immune responses faced by the body.
