Submission Process:

The special issue coined as “Advances in Food Science, Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics” mainly focuses on brings to light the latest advancements on medical nutrition, nutritional assessment as well as metabolic study related to diseases. The topic covers the entire study on micro and macro nutrients as well as applied research on nutrition and dietetics education.

Submit Special Issue articles online through manuscript submission, review and editorial tracking system for quality and quick review processing at or send as an e-mail attachment to the editorial office at [email protected] by entering all the required details in the website (Note: Clearly mention that you are submitting to Special issue).


  1. In case of online submission, please select "Special Issue Article" from the dropdown list.
  2. In case of e-mail, please specify the title of the special issue in the subject and in the cover letter of the submission.

Once you are provided with all the details, and then click on “submit manuscript”. All submissions that pass pre-check are peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, review articles, case reports, mini reviews as well as short communications are invited which describes the current and upcoming developments in the fields of nutrition & dietetics.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process.
