Self-care is any activity that we do specially to take care of our emotional, mental, and physical health. Although it is a small and simple topic in theory, it is something we should overlook. Proper self-care is one importance factor to improve mood and reduce anxiety. In health care, self-care is a compulsory human regulatory function which is under human control, deliberate and self-initiated.
