Currently, there may be no cure and no preventive vaccine for HIV/AIDS. Combination antiretroviral remedy has dramatically improved remedy, but it needs to be taken for a life-time, has principal aspect effects and is ineffective in patients in whom the virus develops resistance. Nanotechnology is an emerging multidisciplinary area this is revolutionizing medicinal drug inside the 21st century. It has a vast capacity to greatly strengthen the remedy and prevention of HIV/AIDS. In this assessment, we discuss the demanding situations with the modern treatment of the ailment and shed light at the first rate capacity of nanotechnology to provide greater powerful treatment and prevention for HIV/AIDS by way of advancing antiretroviral remedy, gene therapy, immunotherapy, vaccinology and microbicides.
