Scholarly Open Access Intellectual Property Rights Journals

IP is legally protected by, for example, patents, patents and trademarks, which give people the ability to gain recognition or financial gain from what they create or create. By finding the right balance between the interests of designers and the wider public interest, the IP program aims to promote an environment where creativity and innovation can flourish. Property rights are rights given to people in addition to being created in their minds. Usually they give the manufacturer a special right over the use of their creations over a period of time. According to WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization), "intellectual property (IP) refers to intellectual property: inventions, literary and artistic works, and symbols, words, images, and commercial projects." Divided into two sections, IP including industrial property and copyright. And both are equally important because the certainty of not protecting these assets can be serious. Student magazine serves as a forum for the introduction and presentation of critique of new research, as well as criticism of existing research. Content usually takes the form of articles that introduce original research, review articles, and book reviews. The term Scholarly magazine applies to academic publications in all fields; this article discusses common issues in all educational journals.
