Pancreatic pseudocysts are cases of acute or chronic pancreatitis. Diagnosis at the beginning is often done with several thoughts. Endoscopic ultrasound with good needle aspiration has become a popular test to help differentiate the pseudocyst from other cystic lesions of the pancreas. Most pseudocysts resolve spontaneously with supportive care. Pseudocyst size and duration of cyst The two main indications for a specific type of symptomatic flow are the patient's symptoms or the presence of complications (infection, rupture of the stomach or biliary obstruction, bleeding). Three different techniques for pancreatic pseudocysts drainage are available: endoscopic (transpapillary or transmural) drainage, percutaneous catheter drainage, or open surgery.
