The effects of placental ischemia on vital sign and lots of facets seen in preeclampsia are often attenuated with inhibition of T cell s either by blockade of antigen presenting cells interacting with T cells or by overall T cell deficiency. Importantly, these data suggests the potential use of anti- inflammatories targeting T cell suppression as a therapeutic for preeclampsia. These studies highlight the importance of targeting CD4+ T cell suppression as an avenue to decrease vital sign , cytokine production, anti-angiogenic factors, autoantibodies and arteria uterina v resistive index to enhance preeclampsia symptoms late in pregnancy in PE women.
