A patent is in fact a limited liability where the patent holder is granted exclusive right to make, use, and sell a patent for a limited period of time. The five main requirements for designing a patent are: (1) the issue of patentability, (2) work, (3) recognition, (4) impartiality, and (5) empowerment. The Patent Law Treaty (PLT) aims to legalize national patent worldwide. It is designed to submit and comply with the systematic requirements set by the National or District Patent Offices for national or regional applications and for the maintenance of additional rights and requirements related to patents or patents, for example, the communication, representation or recording of changes in copyright and patent use. Based on the impact assessment, the implementation of PLT is considered to have a positive impact on users, especially with regard to simplifying processes. The open access articles published in this scientific journal are reviewed at least by reviewers in related fields. The journal publishes original research articles, reviews, case reports, brief correspondence, etc. It also emphasizes experimental theoretical work.
