Milk Protein Quality Articles

Milk Protein is an unsaturated form of milk protein, containing Whey and Protein protein at approximately 20/80 ratio (slight difference between organisms and order). It is also a type of protein found naturally in dairy products. The cheese products are very similar but may have different amounts of casein or Whey because of the processing techniques (they tend to have more coleins depending on their firmness). It can be purchased in a supplementary form (powdered), but is widely studied in its food-bound form. The benefits seen on Whey and casein pages can be attributed to this page when the salt grains are taken, as they turn dense. A glass of milk usually contains 7-9g of protein while a scoop extra protein usually contains 20- 24g of protein.
