Education Management refers to the management of an education system in which the group combines human and physical resources to manage, plan, strategize, and use structures to create the curriculum. Education is enhanced by knowledge, skills, values, beliefs, habits, and attitudes about learning experiences. The education system is a wellness program for employees at educational institutions, such as government services, unions, statutory boards, agencies and schools. The education system consists of political heads, principals, teaching staff, non-teaching staff, administrative staff and other education professionals working together to advise and expand. At all levels of the educational ecosystem, management is required; management includes planning, organizing, implementing, reviewing, evaluating, and integrating the center. Educational management is related to Henri Fayol's 14 Principles of Management.
