Our challenge, our existing responsibility, is to create a human life. To learn how to live in this world as a human being, “man.” What we do not often know, until we experience our own mortality, be it the reality or the experiences of our patients, that one's life is "temporary", temporary, and fleeting. So the creation of human life, that is, the creation of a life that requires us to build relationships and attitudes toward death as we create attitudes and relationships that make life worth living and meaningful. So death must also be meaningful, important and meaningful. We must always, in the act of creating our lives, at the same time learn how to live and how to die.
