Laparoscopy Review Articles

Laparoscopy is a surgical procedure conducted in the pelvis or abdomen by small incisions ranging from 0.5 cm to 1.5 cm. To get a view of the area to be worked, a camera is mounted. This procedure can be used not only to inspect but also to diagnose a condition or to perform surgery. The laparoscope can be of two types: a telescopic rod lens system and a digital laparoscope. The telescopic rod lens device is normally attached to a single or three-chip video camera. The digital laparoscope consists of a miniature digital video camera mounted at the end of the laparoscope. Review papers are a review of the current state of understanding on a particular research subject. They analyze or discuss research previously published by scientists and academics rather than report on novel research results. The review article comes in the form of systematic reviews and literature reviews and is a form of secondary literature. Systematic reviews shall create an authoritative set of requirements and shall classify all original research papers previously published that meet the criteria. They will then compare the findings reported in these articles. Literature reviews, on the other hand, provide a summary of what authors believe to be the best and most relevant prior publications. The idea of 'review paper' is distinct from the idea of peer-reviewed literature.
