In today's world, intellectual property rights have a profound impact on international commerce and the traditional trade of all nations. With the onset of digital transformation, there is a high chance of creative ideas being stolen by any third party, without prior permission. The importance of intellectual property protection is changing in a different part of the world. Almost all countries that rely on international trade are taking strong measures to protect their intellectual property rights. Strict IP laws play a major role in the global economy and its government. The intellectual property rights of the Internet add value to art in all kinds of products, as unique creations and ideas become an integral part of any business. Today, the illegal use of unique ideas produced by someone else has become one of the most common crimes these days. However, there are many businesses that fail to understand the value of IP and the risks associated with it, even if IP assets account for a high percentage of the company's value. Therefore, not taking any punitive measures to protect IP can be detrimental to the growth of the business as a whole.
