Geostatistics is a mathematical branch that specializes in data or geographic data. Originally developed to predict the possible distribution of ore marks in mining operations, it is currently used in a variety of sectors including petroleum geology, hydrogeology, hydrology, meteorology, Oceanography, geochemistry, geometallurgy, Jograus, forests, environmental management, earth ecology , soil science, and agriculture. Geostatistics is applied to various branches of geography, particularly those involving the distribution of disease (epidemiology), trade practice and military planning (logistics), and the development of decentralized networks. Geostatistical algorithms are introduced in many areas, including geographic information systems (GIS) and the R mathematical environment. Geostatistics is closely related to methods of interpretation but goes beyond simple problems of interpretation. Geostatistical techniques based on mathematical models are based on random theory to model the uncertainties associated with spatial measurement and simulation. A few simple interpretations / algorithms, such as different distance estimation, bilinear interpolation, and near-neighbor interpretations, were well known prior to geostatistics. Geostatistics overrides the problem of translation by looking at the object being studied in unknown places as a set of fixed objects.
