When someone encounters crave worthing food, it causes the body to release dopamine. It stimulates our appetite and makes us feel hungry and make us want more even if the body does not need it. So when our body feels hungry, lots of water should be taken. This is because when the stomach will be full of water the body will stop sending signals to brain that it wants food. Second way to control the diet is to take adequate rest or sleep. There are two hormones, leptin and ghrelin that are controlled by sleep and theses hormones also control appetite. Proteins control how much we eat by making by giving a sense of fullness. Hence having proteins in the breakfast will make a person to eat less throughout the day so controlling the diet of the person. In the same way fiber makes us feel full sooner and it also stays in the stomach for longer time than other substances we eat thus slowing down the digestion rate and making us having the sense of fullness. Fiber also makes the fat to move faster through the digestive system so that less of the fat gets absorbed. By having some fruits can also help in controlling the diet. Adiponectin is a hormone produced by our body. It helps in preventing high blood pressure an also burns the body fat. As the amount of fat in the body increases, the amount of adiponectin produced decreases. So to boost the level of adiponectin the fruits containing the pigment called acanthocyanins can be taken. Fruits that produce acanthocyanins like blackberries, dark cherries and pomegranates can be taken. They increase the level of adiponectin in the body hence controlling the diet of the person and maintains self-regulatory healthy weight.
