Diabetes And Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Diabetes and pulmonary tuberculosis or also called as TB is a disease infectious disease caused by bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It mainly affects the lungs and may spread to other body parts. TB spreads through the air when a person with TB of the lungs or throat coughs, sneezes, or talks. Person having weak immune system may get infected by this bacterium more easily. A journal is a periodical publication intended to further progress of science, usually by reporting new research. Most journals are highly specialized, although some of the oldest journals publish articles, reviews, editorials, short communications, letters, and scientific papers across a wide range of scientific fields. Journals contain articles that peer reviewed, in an attempt to ensure that articles meet the journal's standards of quality, and scientific validity. Adrenalitis disease due to primary isolated bilateral tuberculous adrenalitis is a very rare clinical entity. Here we describe a patient whose only manifestation of TB-infection was adrenal insufficiency. As autoimmune adrenalitis is thought to be the most common cause of Addisonâls disease in the western world, auto-immune serology was performed.
