Cyclodextrin Glycosyltransferase Peer-review Journals

Cyclodextrin glycosyl tranferase or Cyclodextrin glucosyltransferas or Cyclodextrin glucanotransferase or CGTase is a family-owned bacterial enzyme. The CGTase is an enzyme specific to many species of bacteria. Both CGTases can catalyze up to 4 reactions: Cyclization, Coupling, Hydrolysis and Disproportionation. Peer review refers to the research undertaken during the evaluation of proposed manuscripts and proposals for funding.
