Copyright protection exists since the work is performed in a consistent, transparent manner. Copyright quickly becomes the property of the author who created the work. Only the author, or those who derive their rights from the author, may properly claim the copyright. In the case of jobs created for hire, the employer and not the writer, is considered the author. How copyright protection is protected is not always understood. Copyright is automatically protected when the work is created and created in a visual way, similar to the time of writing or recording. No other action is required to secure copyright protection - no publication, registration or other action at the Copyright Office (though registration is recommended). Copyright protection exists when the work is done in a limited, tangible way. Copyright quickly becomes the property of the author who created the work. There are thousands of scientific journals that have been published, and many of them have been published in various places in the past. Most journals are very specialized, but some older journals publish articles and scientific papers in various fields of science. Scientific journals contain peer-reviewed articles, to ensure that articles meet standards of quality assurance, and scientific legitimacy. The publication of research results is an important part of the scientific method. When describing the tests or calculations, they must provide sufficient information that the independent researcher may repeat the test or calculation to confirm the results. Each such article becomes part of a lasting scientific history.
