A Ceramic is a strong material containing an inorganic compound of metal or metalloid and non-metal with ionic or covalent bonds. Normal models are stoneware, porcelain, and block.

The crystallinity of fired materials ranges from profoundly arranged to semi-crystalline, vitrified, and regularly totally undefined (e.g., glasses). Frequently, terminated ceramics are either vitrified or semi-vitrified just like the case with pottery, stoneware, and porcelain.
