Anti Breast Cancer Agents Impact Factor

Breast cancer is cancer from the breast organs. Symptoms of breast cancer can include a lump in the chest, a change in the shape of the breast, absorption of the skin, fluid from the arm, a newly inserted nipple, or red or tight skin. In those with distant diseases, there may be bone pain, inflammation of the lymph nodes, respiratory tract, or yellow skin. Risk factors for breast cancer include being a woman, obesity, lack of exercise, alcohol, hormone replacement therapy, ionizing radiation, early menopause, having children late in life or not, old age, having children with a past history of breast cancer, and a family history of breast cancer. Approximately 5-10% of cases are the result of a genetic predisposition inherited from human parents, including BRCA1 and BRCA2 among others.
