Vitiligo is defined as a chronic skin disease where skin losses its pigmentation. Vitiligo occurs when pigmentation cells die or unable to function. Depigmentation patches occurs when Vitiligo treatment is carried out. Treatment which is done prevent skin pigmentation.Four options are currently available for the treatment of vitiligo: sunscreens; cover-up; restoration of normal skin color; and bleaching of normal skin with topical creams to remove normal skin pigment to make an even color.
