Obesity and weight management is the measure of weight in kilograms divided by the square of height in meters. It is generally used to see whether the adults are healthy weight or underweight, overweight or obese. Being overweight or obese significantly increases the risk of multiple debilitating disease including cardiovascular diseases, arthritis, high blood pressure, etc.
