Fibromyalgia diet

Fibromyalgia diet is defined as the diet which is prescribed by a physician in order to reduce fibromyalgia disease.Certain chemicals in the foods you eat may trigger the release of neurotransmitters that heighten this sensitivity.

a. Dietary intake: patients should include fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy, and lean protein such as chicken or fish, eat fresh food, sugar should be used limited, yeast sparing should be used.

b. Dietary should be avoided: avoid additives, avoid pasteurised food.
