Herbal Medicine: Open Access

Botany is a branch of biology which deals with the scientific study of the physiology, structure, genetics, ecology, distribution, classification, and economic importance of plants along with plant life of particular region, habitat, or geological period. Plants include algae, fungi, lichens, mosses, ferns, flowering plants, etc. A botanist or plant scientist is a scientist who specializes in this field of botany.
